$35/hour per
person 2 Maids per team 2 hours minimum

Do you
provide cleaning in my city?
Providing
house cleaning for Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Dallas, Fort
Worth and surrounding cities.
How
do I pay?
We accept
cash or credit card - payment is due at time of service. If
you aren’t at home during the
time of
your cleaning service, we request that you leave cash on kitchen counter or provide a
credit
card in
advance to be charged upon the completion of cleaning.
Do
I have to be home to let Green Planet Maids in to clean?
This is
entirely up to you. You may opt to leave us a key.
Do
you guarantee a day and time for my cleaning appointment?
We guarantee
a specific day and time for your cleaning as long as there are no conflicts,
but
appointment must be set a
two days in advance. Note: Arrival times may vary by 30 to 60
minutes.
What
if I need to reschedule a house cleaning?
To
reschedule your cleaning day, simply call our office as soon as
possible prior to your cleaning day.
What
if I accidentally lock your maids out on my cleaning day?
If you lock the maids out on your cleaning day you will be assessed
a lock-out fee of $20.00. To avoid
this most clients either hide a key on the premises on the cleaning
day or provide us with a key in advance.
What
should I do about my home security system on cleaning day?
We ask
that you make the necessary arrangements for our Maids to access
your home on your
scheduled cleaning day. You might want to consider establishing a
guest or temporary code for our Maids.
What
about my pets?
We ask
that you provide any information regarding your pets that would be
necessary for us to know
about.
Together, we’ll assess the best approach on how to handle pets
when cleaning takes place.
Are
my valuables safe with Green Planet Maids?
We
request that you put away any special valuables or irreplaceable
items or instruct the Maids not to
touch
them. Our Maids are fully insured, in the event that any damages
should occur.
What
if something in my home is damaged or broken?
We make
every attempt to take great care in cleaning your home; yet we do
understand that accidents
happen.
Identical replacement is always attempted but can’t be guaranteed.
As with your valuables, we
request
that irreplaceable, collectible or heirloom items, whether they be
of monetary or sentimental value,
be
stored and/or not cleaned by our Maids. Please notify us within 24
hours of service if any damages have
been
discovered. Please also note that our Maids are not responsible for
damage due to faulty and/or
improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e. marble
granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to
clean
without causing harm.
Do
I Need to Provide House Cleaning Equipment or Supplies?
You
don’t have to provide any cleaning solutions or equipment. We come
prepared with equipment and
cleaning products, so you don’t ever have to worry about
replenishing your supply!
If you have special house cleaning products you want us to use,
please be sure to discuss this in advance
with our management team so we can take note and properly
communicate your special requests.
What
is your satisfaction guaranteed?
Our Satisfaction Guarantee: Should you be unhappy with anything,
notify us within 24 hours and your maid
will return to fix the problem.
